  * monitor multiple files in a directory:
      Purpose: webwalker.to/samma-kammanta -
          notify interested peeps that content has updated.
      - only check every few days or once a week.

      - how to save previous state, compare to new state?
      - how to save addresses to mail to?
            make a mailing list. would be small, but ok.
