      no longer active on forum, as of 2016
      has made/notmade other plugins

   Settings:
     PDF page limit - limit converted PDF pages to 10
      is ticked by default.
      But it seems to convert all pages anyway.

   Making booklet:
    If you are having trouble with upload memory limit 
    You can upload the pdf via sftp directly into uploads folder?
      will media library see it? no.


   I had asked binarystash about any tips for making wp-booklet
    work with images on a separate subdomain,
    and he nicely replied with some ideas for re-factoring it for that.
    (Very coincidentally, his reply came just while i was checking
      the wp-booklet changelog and forum!)  [29 jul 2016]
