   - Performs a number of checks on your WordPress installation to
     detect common configuration errors and known issues.
   - Debug section - info about WP and server configuration.
   - Allows plugins and themes to add their own checks.

   - Can put in troubleshooting mode - disable/enable plugins only for admin.
   - Tools section - check that WordPress files have not been tampered with, 
        that emails can be sent, 
        if your plugins are compatible with any PHP version updates in the future.

   This is a plugin of what is now in WP core , there called Site Health.
   Functionality is tried out here and then merged into core. <d>oct 2019</d>

  Puts a separate plugin “Health Check Troubleshooting Mode” 
    in the Must Use plugins folder wp-content/mu-plugins

    So if you remove the plugin manually, want to remove this also.
